BooDash Privacy
MetaLeap LLC · Updated October 29, 2026
This policy describes the BooDash native iPhone, iPad and Apple TV app. You can play without creating an account.
Which version are you using?
Earlier versions, iOS 1.0.1 and tvOS 1.0.0, do not include Google analytics. In version 1.0.2 and later versions that offer this option, analytics is off by default and starts only if you explicitly enable it in Settings. Refer to the version installed on your device and its available settings. Publishing this policy does not mean a new version is available in the App Store or that collection has started. You can play, purchase the full game and use optional Apple cloud saves without enabling analytics.
Progress on your device
BooDash stores progress and preferences on your device. The app has no advertising SDK, chat or MetaLeap account system. We do not operate a custom server receiving gameplay analytics or your Game Center profile.
Optional Apple services
If you sign in to Game Center, BooDash displays the nickname and profile image provided by Apple. When available, progress can sync through Apple services using your Game Center identity and iCloud account, subject to the appropriate account and iCloud settings. Guest play uses local progress. Apple processes data under Apple’s privacy policy.
Purchases
Apple handles the optional one-time full-game purchase and restoration. BooDash checks Apple’s verified purchase entitlement to unlock levels 10–49. We do not receive payment card details. Your App Store purchase account can differ from your Game Center account.
Optional gameplay analytics in versions offering this option
If you choose to enable it, BooDash will use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand starts, retries, results, active play time, skill use and chapter completions. Our custom events use predefined game, platform, character and level identifiers, replay and attempt information, and bounded results, scores, durations and counts. We do not intentionally send Game Center identity, nickname or photo, iCloud identifiers, complete saves, email addresses or feedback content to Analytics.
Google’s SDK also processes app-instance or installation identifiers and standard app, device, operating-system, language and session information. It may infer coarse geography and automatically measure App Store purchase activity. This service is therefore not fully anonymous and does not receive only our custom gameplay events. We do not assign a user ID, bind your Apple account to Google or link players across our websites, games or devices. Google Signals, granular location and device data collection, and advertising personalization are disabled. We do not request precise location for analytics or add an advertising SDK.
Google processes analytics under its privacy policy and Analytics service terms; see also Firebase privacy information. Native app analytics and website analytics are separate.
Your analytics choice
In a version offering analytics, you can turn it off at any time in Settings. This stops future collection and resets local analytics data. Earlier custom-event backlogs are discarded and are not replayed when you opt in. Turning analytics off does not promise deletion of data already received by Google. Contact us with privacy or data-access and deletion requests.
Voluntary support and feedback
If you actively open the Tally feedback form in Settings → For grown-ups, the form is prefilled with the game, platform, actual app version and current level. A feedback message is required to submit; a screenshot and a parent’s reply email are optional. No screenshot is taken automatically. Tally and MetaLeap process this information for customer support, not marketing, and feedback content is not sent to Google Analytics. Tally operates under its privacy notice.
If you email hello@metaleap.so, we receive the details you choose to send and use them to respond. Please do not send passwords or payment information. Contact this address for help with feedback or saved data.
Your device and Apple choices
You can play offline, change Game Center and iCloud access in device Settings, and manage purchase history through Apple. Deleting the app can remove local progress; Apple-managed backups or cloud saves may remain in your Apple account.
Website and policy updates
The browser demo and website are separate from the native app. Website hosting logs, Vercel analytics and permitted website GA4 measurements are described in our website privacy policy. We will update this page when the native app’s practices change.
